［關於U型理論 Theory U］
自然流現研究院(Presencing Institute）對於Ｕ型理論的描述是：Ｕ型理論的流程是以在麻省理工學院二十多年來的行動研究為基礎，展現了關於個人、團隊、組織和大型系統如何建立必要的領導能力，以解決當今社會、環境和精神挑戰的根本原因。U型理論的本質是展現如何通過意識的轉化，以及從自我系統到生態系統的覺知轉變來升級我們社會系統中的運作代碼。
According to Presencing institute, the process of Theory U is Building upon two decades of action research at MIT, the process shows how individuals, teams, organizations and large systems can build the essential leadership capacities needed to address the root causes of today’s social, environmental, and spiritual challenges. In essence, we show how to update the operating code in our societal systems through a shift in consciousness from ego-system to eco-system awareness.

敘畫（scribing）是姿態的一種形式、是視覺實踐。在各種情境中（如社會場域、商業創新、組織與生態變革）以圖畫紀錄人們表達、討論的內容，提供了另外一個視角，在時間的流裡面結晶信息幫助人們共同看見，有助於洞見的產生，並支持決策。
Scribing is a form of gesture, a visual practice. Pictorial records of what people are saying and discussing in a variety of contexts (e.g., social fields, business innovation, organizations and ecological change) provide another perspective, crystallizing information in the stream of time to help people see together, to help generate insights, and to support decision making.
